Owner of Youthtopia Med Spa, North Atlanta’s premier destination for aesthetic excellence, Tracy Olson has been immersed in the medical aesthetics industry since 2007. Her expertise, proven laser devices, and commitment to client care have led Youthtopia to become a trusted name in aesthetics and earning multiple “Best Of” awards over the past decades. Tracy’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the treatment room. Recognizing the rapid growth of the aesthetics industry and the need for accessible, high-quality education, she founded the Aesthetic Injector Academy (AIA), a fully accredited online training program designed for medical professionals pursuing or advancing a career in aesthetic medicine. Through comprehensive education in facial anatomy, safety protocols, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and more, AIA helps providers build a strong foundation of knowledge and prepare for continued hands-on training and clinical practice.

At the heart of Tracy’s work is a commitment to education, innovation, and exceptional care. Whether she is guiding the vision of Youthtopia or helping educate the next generation of aesthetic providers, she remains dedicated to enhancing industry standards, empowering professionals, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

Dr. Jessica McCabe is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist and has served as the Medical Director of Youthtopia Med Spa since 2009. With a strong foundation in medicine and a passion for aesthetic medicine, anti-aging, and skin health, Dr. McCabe brings a thoughtful, medically grounded perspective to the Youthtopia team. Dr. McCabe earned her medical degree from the University of North Texas and completed her residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Her interest in the science of aging and maintaining healthy, vibrant skin complements Youthtopia’s commitment to providing safe, personalized, and result-driven aesthetic care.

As Medical Director, Dr. McCabe provides clinical oversight and helps ensure that Youthtopia maintains the highest standards of patient safety, medical excellence, and quality of care. Her longstanding involvement with Youthtopia reflects her dedication to both the practice and the clients it serves. Outside of medicine, Dr. McCabe is a mother of three who enjoys staying active, exercising, and playing the piano. She brings the same balance of knowledge, precision, and genuine care to her work at Youthtopia that has defined her medical career.

Alison is an integral part of the Youthtopia team, helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and ensuring every client’s experience is seamless from start to finish. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, she brings a strong foundation in business, organization, and client relations to her role. Alison has a passion for skincare and joined the Youthtopia team to assimilate new concepts and ideas.

With her support and welcoming demeanor, and coordination behind the scenes, Alison helps keep Youthtopia running efficiently while making sure every client feels welcomed, cared for, and valued.

Kim is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA) with a distinguished background in surgical and critical care medicine and specialized training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She completed the Yale PA Surgical Residency Program, where she received advanced training in plastic and reconstructive surgery and was honored with the Linda Brandt Research Award. Kim earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch, graduating with honors as a member of the Alpha Eta Society and receiving the Interprofessional Scholar Award. Since beginning her career in 2013, she has practiced as a surgical and critical care PA across a variety of specialties, including plastic, cardiothoracic, and orthopedic surgery.

At Youthtopia, Kim specializes in facial and body injectable treatments, taking a thoughtful, personalized approach to help each client achieve natural-looking results while feeling confident in their appearance. Beyond her clinical practice, Kim is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, where she has served on national commissions. She is passionate about combining her medical expertise with her love of aesthetics to help patients look and feel their very best.

Kendra has been a critical care nurse since 2016 and expanded her expertise into aesthetic nursing in 2020. With a strong clinical foundation and specialized training in aesthetic medicine, she brings a thoughtful and safety-focused approach to every treatment. Kendra is certified in Allergan® and Galderma® products, as well as additional aesthetic treatments including Radiesse®, Kybella®, and PRP. Following her specialized injectable training, she has participated in multiple FDA studies focused on injection techniques and the latest advancements in the safe and effective use of aesthetic products.

At Youthtopia, Kendra is passionate about creating personalized results that help her patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She values building trust with each patient and takes pride in helping them look and feel their very best. Outside of the spa, Kendra enjoys spending time with her family, daughters, and friends.

Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University in 2014 and brings more than a decade of nursing experience to Youthtopia, with much of her career dedicated to aesthetic nursing, plastic surgery, and the operating room. Her extensive clinical background gives her a strong understanding of anatomy, patient care, and the precision required to deliver beautiful, natural-looking results.

Injecting is truly Jen’s passion. She loves blending her clinical expertise with the artistry of aesthetics to create results that are balanced, refined, and uniquely suited to each patient. Her philosophy is simple: enhance, never change. Jen strives for beautiful, undetectable results that leave her patients looking refreshed, feeling confident, and like the best version of themselves! Above all, Jen values the trust her patients place in her. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and enjoys building lasting relationships along the way. Outside of Youthtopia, Jen is a proud boy mom who loves spending time with her husband and two sweet boys, surrounded by family and friends. When she has a little downtime, you can usually find her catching up on her favorite reality shows.

With 23 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Angela brings a wealth of knowledge, advanced training, and a true passion for helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin. As a Licensed Esthetician, Angela has built her career around continuing education and staying at the forefront of innovative skincare treatments and technologies.

Angela graduated from Nashville Tech/Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics and has extensive training and certifications in some of the industry’s most advanced aesthetic technologies, including HydraFacial®, Sciton® BBL, HALO®, and Vivace®. Her years of experience, combined with her commitment to ongoing education, allows her to approach each client’s skin with a knowledgeable and well-rounded perspective.

At Youthtopia, Angela takes the time to truly listen to each client’s concerns, assess their skin, and develop customized treatment and skincare recommendations that complement their individual goals and lifestyle. She believes meaningful skin transformation begins with understanding the person behind the skin and creating a plan that is both effective and realistic.

What she loves most about the medical spa industry is the opportunity for transformation. For Angela, change is always a positive thing—and she is passionate about helping clients embrace that change while feeling confident in their skin.

Olivia is a Medical Esthetician and Laser Specialist with 10 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She earned her Esthetics license from the Elaine Sterling Institute and has built her career around helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized treatments and expert skincare guidance. Passionate about both skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments, Olivia takes a customized approach to each client, focusing on their individual concerns, goals, and long-term skin health. One of her favorite treatments to perform is RF Microneedling, which allows her to combine advanced technology with her passion for creating meaningful skin transformations.

Above all, Olivia values the lasting relationships she builds with her clients. She loves creating a comfortable, personalized experience where clients feel confident, cared for, and excited about their skin. Outside of Youthtopia, Olivia enjoys discovering new restaurants throughout Atlanta and traveling to new places.

Julia is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background and a passion for health, wellness, and helping patients reach their goals. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Washington University and began her nursing career in the ICU and ambulatory surgery centers before returning to Georgia to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University in 2022. With two years of experience in medical weight loss and management, Julia specializes in personalized weight-loss care at Youthtopia. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, track their progress, and provide ongoing guidance and support throughout their journey.

Her approach focuses on education, consistency, and helping patients build sustainable habits while feeling informed and empowered every step of the way. Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and black lab.

Danielle brings a diverse background in fashion, marketing, retail, and client relations to her role at Youthtopia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing & Management from the Art Institute of Atlanta and previously worked in retail, wholesale, and modeling as a designer brand representative at America’s Mart.

As a Patient Coordinator, Danielle plays an integral role in creating a seamless experience for Youthtopia clients, from their first interaction through their continued care. Her outgoing personality, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service help keep the day-to-day patient experience running smoothly. With a growing expertise and passion for aesthetics and skincare, she enjoys helping clients feel informed, welcomed, and cared for throughout their Youthtopia experience.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and continually perfecting her skincare routine.

Chynna brings a background in marketing and event coordination, paired with a refined eye for detail and a passion for creating elevated, client-centered experiences. With a growing interest in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness, she enjoys being part of an environment that promotes confidence, self-care, and a sense of effortless luxury. At Youthtopia, Chynna supports the brand and client experience through creative marketing, communications, and thoughtful attention to the details that make each interaction feel personal and elevated. She also enjoys being part of the patient care experience, helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their time at Youthtopia.

She loves being part of a team that helps clients feel confident in their skin while making wellness and self-care an enjoyable part of everyday life. Outside of the spa, Chynna enjoys creating thoughtfully curated charcuterie boards, spending time outdoors exploring new hiking trails, and indulging her love of food by cooking new recipes and discovering new restaurants.
